In her new position at Millennials Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd, Neeti will oversee operational strategy, business performance, stakeholder alignment, and organizational capability building. Her mandate includes strengthening operational frameworks, enhancing customer-centric processes, and driving scalable growth in line with the company’s vision of being a technology-driven, new-age insurance broking firm.
Alongside her new role, Neeti continues to serve as Director at Keyash Ventures Pvt Ltd, where she has been leading strategic initiatives since 2023.
Prior to this appointment, she held senior roles in organizational development and talent strategy. She served as Senior OD Consultant at Strengthscape, and earlier as Senior Manager at BYLD Group, where she led high-potential talent development programs, training needs analysis, executive coaching interventions, and leadership development initiatives.
At Thomas Assessments Pvt Ltd (A CIEL HR Group Company), she managed end-to-end regional business operations, partnered with C-suite stakeholders, and delivered HR solutions based on psychometric and assessment-driven frameworks. Earlier in her career, Neeti held leadership roles in training and development at Shreya Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. and eUniversity Pte Ltd, building expertise in learning design, curriculum development, and large-scale team management.
