Atlanta, Georgia, United States, March 2026 — Elizabeth (Salter) McMillan has been promoted to Vice President, Global Marketing, Communications and Public Relations at Americold, expanding her leadership role within the organization’s global brand and communications function.
In her new role at Americold Logistics, LLC., Elizabeth will shape the company’s global marketing, communications, and PR strategy, influencing how Americold engages customers, associates, investors, and partners across regions. She will partner closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to refine corporate narrative, executive positioning, and communication priorities during a period of operational and cultural transformation.
Her mandate includes guiding internal and external communications to strengthen associate engagement and strategic clarity, shaping global brand strategy and customer segmentation, overseeing media relations and crisis communication frameworks, and driving enterprise-wide content and digital messaging strategies. She will also influence leadership alignment initiatives, including the Americold Leadership Conference.
Elizabeth joined Americold in 2025 as Senior Director, Communications and Public Relations, where she led strategic storytelling, executive advisory communications, and high-performing communications teams. Prior to Americold, she spent nearly 12 years at Fiserv, holding senior leadership roles across Corporate Communications and Content Strategy, where she developed executive communications plans, led global brand initiatives, and strengthened media relations and thought leadership positioning.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at William Mills Agency, building deep expertise in strategic communications, crisis management, media relations, and reputation management.
Her promotion reflects Americold’s confidence in her ability to drive global brand clarity, executive communications excellence, and enterprise storytelling across its worldwide operations.
