Luxembourg City, Luxembourg, March 2026 – Ana Spinu has started a new position as Luxembourg Head of Human Resources at JPMorganChase, marking the latest milestone in her long and distinguished HR leadership journey within the global financial institution.
Ana has spent over thirteen years with JPMorganChase, building deep expertise across HR operations, business advisory, and regional people strategy. Prior to taking on her new role, she served as Central Europe and Emerging Markets HR Operations Lead, where she led HR operational strategy across multiple markets and supported talent planning, organizational alignment, and workforce effectiveness initiatives.
Earlier in her career at JPMorganChase, Ana held several progressively senior roles including Regional HR Operations Lead, overseeing HR operations across Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the Nordics, Spain, and Portugal. She also worked as Regional HR Business Advisor and HR Operations lead for the Benelux and Nordic regions, supporting strategic HR initiatives and cross-border workforce programs.
Ana’s earlier assignments within the organization included serving as MENA & Turkey Location Control Manager, based in Dubai, where she partnered with stakeholders across the Middle East and Turkey region. She also worked as an HR Generalist supporting operations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, and Qatar, gaining extensive experience in labor law, operational excellence, and HR service delivery. She began her career in HR operations at JPMorganChase in Bournemouth, United Kingdom, after starting her professional journey as a Human Resources Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank.
