San Mateo, California, United States, March 2026 – Supriya Bahri has stepped into an expanded leadership role as Senior Vice President, People at Roblox, where she now leads several critical global people functions including People Business Partners, Total Rewards, People Operations, and the India Global Capability Center (GCC) operations.
Supriya has been with Roblox for nearly five years and most recently served as Vice President, Total Rewards & People Operations, where she led key initiatives across compensation, benefits, and organizational transformation programs. Earlier, she held the role of Vice President, Total Rewards, driving innovation in compensation frameworks and spearheading company-wide people and organizational transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining Roblox, Supriya served as Senior Director, Global Compensation Programs, Systems & Operations at Facebook, where she led global compensation programs including benchmarking, job architecture, pay equity analysis, salary planning cycles, and compensation strategy for a rapidly growing global workforce.
Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership roles across global organizations including Vice President, Global Head of Total Rewards and People Operations at Cinemark, Global Total Rewards Director at Accenture, and Vice President, Executive Compensation at City National Bank. She also spent over a decade at California Institute of Technology, where she developed deep expertise across total rewards, HR business partnering, and talent strategy.
Beyond her corporate leadership responsibilities, Supriya also contributes to broader industry initiatives. She currently serves as an Advisory Board Member at Compa and previously served as a Board Member at The Peace Warrior.
