Los Angeles, California, United States, March 2026 — Peerspace has appointed Daisy (Lerdsuwanrut) Fabian as Chief People Officer. In her new role, Fabian will lead the company’s people and culture agenda, building on her long-standing leadership journey within Peerspace across people strategy, culture building, and organizational development.
Fabian has been with Peerspace for nearly five years. Prior to stepping into the Chief People Officer role, she served as VP, People & Culture (September 2022 to March 2026) and earlier as Head of People & Culture (July 2021 to September 2022), based in Los Angeles.
Alongside her executive role, Fabian is also a Member of Chief, a private network focused on supporting senior women leaders and strengthening leadership development through peer connection and cross-industry learning.
Before joining Peerspace, she worked with Fair.com as Director, People and Culture Development. She previously served at Amobee as Sr. Manager of Learning, and earlier held a Learning and Organization Development role at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies.
Earlier in her career, Fabian spent over five years with Sony Pictures Entertainment, where she held leadership and progression roles including Manager, Leadership & Organization Development, Leadership & Organization Development Analyst, and Leadership & Organizational Development Sr. Coordinator, building deep expertise across learning, leadership development, and organizational capability.
