Nashville, Tennessee, United States, March 2026 — Mosai has appointed Stephen Snook as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), reinforcing its commercial leadership as the company accelerates growth for its intelligent care coordination platform. In his new role, Snook will lead Mosai’s revenue organisation, driving go-to-market execution, strengthening customer partnerships, and supporting scalable growth across home-based care and value-based care ecosystems.
Snook brings extensive experience building and leading high-performing sales and revenue teams across technology and services businesses. Prior to joining Mosai, he spent more than 11 years at Relias, including over six years as Chief Revenue Officer (January 2020 to February 2026). At Relias, he led revenue strategy and execution, and earlier held leadership roles including Vice President of Sales, Director of Sales, and Director of Account Management, building deep expertise across enterprise selling, account leadership, and customer growth.
Alongside his operating leadership, Snook served as a TSIA Advisory Board Member (CRO Council) (January 2023 to February 2026), contributing to executive-level discussions on commercial strategy, customer outcomes, and revenue leadership best practices across the technology and services industry.
Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Perceptive Software USA Inc, including Director, Asia (March 2013 to August 2014), where he helped establish and expand the company’s presence in China and supported go-to-market development across parts of Asia. He also led global account management and business analyst functions, and held commercial leadership roles in enterprise sales and services-oriented organisations.
With Snook’s appointment, Mosai signals its focus on strengthening its global revenue engine, deepening customer relationships, and supporting the company’s continued growth trajectory.
