Vadodara, Gujarat, India, March 2026 — Zydex Industries has appointed Sanket Dwivedi as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Based in Vadodara, Dwivedi will work across the company’s business portfolio to strengthen business excellence and enable process improvements across functions and verticals as Zydex continues to scale its specialty chemicals footprint in India and overseas.
In his new role, Dwivedi is part of the management team and will focus on adding value through end-to-end operational governance, driving improvements in business processes across all four business verticals, and building execution discipline across plant operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, projects, and cross-functional performance management.
Dwivedi brings deep operations and manufacturing leadership, with experience spanning multi-plant environments, outsourcing/contract manufacturing ecosystems, and safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Before joining Zydex Industries, he served as Chief Operating Officer at RESINS AND PLASTICS LIMITED (January 2020 to September 2025), overseeing operations leadership responsibilities through a multi-year tenure.
Prior to that, he spent over three years at Sika India Pvt Ltd, progressing through senior operational leadership roles including Head Operations and Supply Chain (January 2018 to January 2020) and Country Head – Operations (October 2016 to December 2017). In these roles, he was accountable for country operations spanning five owned manufacturing facilities and two toll manufacturing facilities, with responsibilities covering EHS, demand and supply management, manufacturing planning, inventory management, quality improvements, export requirements, contractor management, regulatory compliance, cost governance, CAPEX tracking, and operational MIS reviews with leadership.
Earlier in his career, Dwivedi built a strong foundation at E.I. DuPont India Pvt. Ltd., where he served as Operations Manager (June 2013 to July 2016) with accountability for owned plants and outsourcing partners, managing safety, delivery, productivity, cost, compliance, CAPEX, people development, and continuous improvement. He also worked as Contract Manufacturing Operations Leader – India (August 2007 to June 2013), where he evaluated and developed contract manufacturing facilities and vendor ecosystems, implemented SHE/SOX/RTO compliance at partner sites, and ensured consistent supplies across business lines, alongside involvement in new product development and manufacturing strategy. He earlier held the role of Operation Manager (February 2005 to July 2007) within DuPont’s operations in the Vadodara region.
Dwivedi began his professional journey with GCMMF Ltd (AMUL) as an Assistant Manager (June 1998 to February 2005), handling significant spend accountability, vendor management, commodity specifications, cost control, improvement projects, and supply continuity. He also held an earlier role at Reliance Industries Limited, Hazira as Executive – QA (Processing) (April 1995 to October 1996), supporting quality assurance and production release processes for plastics processing operations.
