Secunderabad, Telangana, India, March 2026 – Visaka Industries Limited has appointed Sanjay Rastogi as Chief Human Resources Officer (Vice President – HR & Admin), strengthening its leadership as the company continues to expand its diversified business portfolio.
With over 28 years of experience in HRM & Industrial Relations, including nearly a decade in CHRO roles, Rastogi will lead the HR and administrative functions, focusing on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce transformation to support Visaka’s next phase of growth.
Prior to joining Visaka Industries Limited, Rastogi served as Associate Vice President – HR (CHRO) at Olectra Greentech Limited, where he led the HR function and played a key role in shaping people strategies aligned with the organization’s growth in the electric mobility sector.
Earlier, he worked as General Manager – HR & Admin (CHRO Role) at Turbo Megha Airways (Trujet Airlines), overseeing HR leadership during a critical growth phase and managing people strategies in a dynamic aviation environment.
He also held the role of Regional Manager – HR & IR at CMS Info Systems Pvt. Ltd., where he managed the complete HR lifecycle for over 2,200 employees, including statutory compliance, industrial relations, and legal matters.
Before that, Rastogi served as Associate General Manager – HR & Admin at Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd., and held leadership roles at G4S Security Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. and Maytas Infra Ltd., building deep expertise in HR operations, industrial relations, and compliance.
He began his career with Sahara India Pariwar, where he spent over a decade in HR and IR roles, gaining strong foundational experience in workforce management and legal frameworks.
