Dublin, Ireland, March 2026 – Glanbia has appointed Aisling Zito as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), reinforcing its commitment to strengthening leadership capability and advancing its global people strategy as the company continues its evolution as a focused, high-performing nutrition business.
In her new role, Aisling will lead global HR strategy, talent development, leadership capability building, and organizational transformation, supporting Glanbia’s growth and reinforcing its “One Glanbia” culture across geographies.
In her current role at Glanbia, Aisling Zito steps into the CHRO position after nearly a decade with the organization. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer for Performance Nutrition, where she also held group-wide responsibility for talent acquisition and transformation, playing a critical role in strengthening leadership capability and driving organizational evolution.
Commenting on her appointment Aisling said: “I’m thrilled to step into the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Glanbia. Earlier at Glanbia, she served as Vice President of HR for EMEA/ASPAC and HR Director for EMEA, leading regional people strategies, supporting business growth, and building strong HR frameworks across international markets.
Prior to joining Glanbia, Aisling worked at EY in Dublin as Senior Manager, where she contributed to building and expanding the firm’s People Advisory Services practice, developing market-relevant offerings and strengthening client relationships.
She spent nearly a decade at Mars, where she held a series of global leadership roles, including Global HR Director and General Manager, driving organizational transformation and leading global people strategies for a multi-billion-dollar business segment.
She began her career as an HR Specialist at Title One Settlement Group, building foundational expertise in HR operations and people processes.
Aisling holds an MBA from the University of Maryland – Robert H. Smith School of Business, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Globalization.
