United States, March 2026 – Cheryl Lee has started a new role as Head of Compliance at Cycle Pharmaceuticals, where she will lead the execution of the company’s Global and U.S. Healthcare Compliance and Privacy Program, strengthening governance, regulatory adherence, and ethical standards across the organization.
Cheryl Lee joins Cycle Pharmaceuticals after a distinguished tenure at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she most recently served as Vice President, ESG Strategy and Execution, leading enterprise-wide sustainability initiatives and driving compliance with evolving global regulatory frameworks. She played a critical role in enhancing corporate reputation through improved ESG ratings and advancing sustainable business practices.
Prior to this, she held the role of Vice President, Head of Compliance & Ethics – Major Markets at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she led the compliance strategy for a multi-billion-dollar global business, overseeing risk assessment, compliance programs, policy development, and governance across major international markets.
Earlier, Cheryl built deep global compliance expertise at Celgene, where she held multiple leadership roles including Vice President and Executive Director positions in Global Compliance and Healthcare Compliance. She was instrumental in establishing global compliance frameworks, integrating regions into unified operating models, and leading governance structures across worldwide markets.
She began her career with roles at Pfizer and Ernst & Young, gaining strong foundations in audit, compliance, and financial governance. Over the years, she has developed deep expertise in anti-bribery compliance, risk management, governance systems, and global regulatory alignment across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
