Princeton, New Jersey, United States, March 2026 – CitiusTech has announced the appointment of Dhaval S. as Chief Business Officer – MedTech & Life Sciences, reinforcing its commitment to accelerating growth and innovation across the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem.
Dhaval’s elevation reflects his long-standing contribution to the organization, having been a key part of CitiusTech’s journey for nearly two decades. In his new role, he will lead strategic business initiatives across the MedTech and Life Sciences segment, focusing on driving market expansion, strengthening client partnerships, and delivering impactful, technology-led healthcare solutions.
Dhaval has spent close to 19 years at CitiusTech, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President. During this tenure, he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory, contributing to go-to-market strategies, developing differentiated capabilities, and driving innovation across payor, provider, and HealthTech segments. He also held multiple leadership roles including Sales Director, Vice President of Sales, and Senior Vice President, steadily advancing within the organization.
He has been instrumental in driving business growth and market leadership, leading geographically diverse teams across sales, consulting, and technology functions. His contributions extend to strategic decision-making as part of the executive leadership committee, as well as involvement in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
Earlier in his career, Dhaval co-founded DARB, a healthcare-focused consulting startup, where he worked on product launches in medical imaging and healthcare systems.
He also held technical and research roles at Maestros Mediline Systems Ltd and Miami Valley Hospital, where he contributed to medical imaging innovations and software development for healthcare applications. His career began with L&T Infotech, where he worked on medical device-related technology solutions.
