Manchester, England, United Kingdom, March 2026 — PZ Cussons has appointed Jan Bramall as Chief Financial Officer. Based in the Manchester area, Jan joins the leadership team to support financial stewardship, value creation, and strategic execution across the company’s portfolio of locally-loved brands in Personal, Home and Baby Care.
With this appointment, Jan Bramall brings extensive CFO and group finance leadership experience across complex, multi-site organisations and regulated operating environments. Her background reflects deep expertise across financial strategy, performance management, governance, transformation priorities, and partnering leadership teams to deliver sustainable growth and operational resilience.
After recently serving in an interim CFO leadership assignment with Severfield, Jan now steps into the CFO role at PZ Cussons, adding breadth of senior finance leadership experience to the company as it advances its vision for the future and continues building value for stakeholders.
In her time with MAG (Airports Group), Jan played a key role in senior finance leadership, helping guide group-level financial priorities and supporting performance outcomes across a major airports business headquartered in the Manchester region.
Earlier, she held regional finance leadership responsibilities at Johnson Controls, contributing to finance direction and business performance support across Europe within a large, multinational operating environment.
Her career also includes significant leadership experience with Tyco, where she handled senior finance roles across EMEA and the USA, supporting large-scale businesses and finance leadership priorities across integrated solutions and services operations.
Across earlier chapters, Jan built strong foundations through senior finance leadership at Laing O’Rourke and earlier experience at PwC in mergers and acquisitions, strengthening her exposure to transactions, strategic advisory, and finance discipline within complex business contexts.
