Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2026 – EssilorLuxottica has appointed Kavya Santhosh as Head – Talent Acquisition (India), marking a strategic move to strengthen its talent capabilities in one of its key growth markets.
In this role, Kavya will lead talent acquisition strategies across India, supporting the organization’s continued expansion and innovation agenda in vision care, eyewear, and med-tech solutions.
Most recently, Kavya served as Senior Talent Acquisition Leader at Zinnov, where she contributed to talent strategy and hiring initiatives for global clients, bringing agility and expertise in high-impact recruitment mandates.
Prior to that, she spent over three years at Philips as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition (Indian Subcontinent), where she led large-scale hiring initiatives across diverse business units, strengthening talent pipelines and enabling business growth in a highly competitive market.
Earlier, Kavya held key leadership roles at GSK, where she worked as Talent Acquisition Leader, leading R&D hiring for the India GCC and supporting critical capability building for the organization. She also served as Human Resources Manager, gaining strong exposure to broader HR functions and people strategy.
She also gained valuable experience at Novo Nordisk, Quintiles Technologies, Continental Automotive, and Xchanging, building a strong foundation in recruitment, HR operations, and talent management across industries including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and technology.
Kavya holds an MBA in Human Resources from The ICFAI University, Dehradun, equipping her with a strong foundation in HR strategy and talent management.
