Saratoga, California, United States, March 2026 – Bio-Rad Laboratories has announced the appointment of Nanditha Yelamanchi as Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer, reinforcing its commitment to building a people-first, high-performance culture.
With over two decades of global HR leadership experience, Nanditha will play a pivotal role in shaping talent strategies, strengthening organizational culture, and enabling Bio-Rad’s mission to advance science and improve healthcare outcomes worldwide.
Prior to joining Bio-Rad Laboratories, Nanditha Yelamanchi served as Chief Human Resources Officer at ALCOR Scientific, where she led people strategy initiatives focused on organizational growth and transformation.
Earlier, she was Senior Vice President – People Operations at PHC Holdings Corporation (a KKR company), where she drove global HR strategy and aligned people initiatives with business outcomes across international operations.
She also held leadership roles at Epredia (a PHC Holdings company) as Vice President – Human Resources, contributing to HR strategy, organizational design, and business transformation initiatives.
Before that, she spent over four years at Thermo Fisher Scientific as Vice President – Human Resources, leading global HR strategy for key divisions including Anatomical Pathology and Fisher Healthcare.
Nanditha’s earlier career includes significant leadership experience at GSK and Novartis Vaccines & Diagnostics, where she led HR strategy for global functions, played a key role in large-scale M&A integration, and contributed to enterprise-wide HR transformation.
She began her career with Johnson & Johnson, where she built foundational expertise as an HR Business Partner across multiple business divisions.
Nanditha Yelamanchi holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), one of India’s leading institutions for HR education.
