Strategic appointment strengthens Knight Frank’s end-to-end occupier service offering across Asia-Pacific
Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 – Knight Frank, one of the world’s leading independent real estate consultancies, today announced the appointment of Deben Moza as Head of Project Management India & Asia-Pacific.
Deben has been with Knight Frank for over 12 years, during which the firm’s Project Management Services business in India achieved a compound annual growth rate of 34%, a performance recognised by RICS as South-Asia’s Best Project Management Team for two consecutive years (2024 and 2025).
Over the course of his tenure, Deben has progressively expanded the business’s capabilities, from fit-out management into government infrastructure and heritage conservation, and most recently into Design & Build. His portfolio spans some of the most ambitious developments in the region, including:
- Design & build construction projects for railway wheel & component manufacturing facilities for 2 prominent Indian Corporates
- 2-million-sq-ft two-wheeler EV manufacturing facility, the largest in the world for its segment
- Largest commercial EV battery manufacturing facility (2.9 million sq ft)
- Asia’s largest capsule manufacturing plant (approx.1.0 million sq ft)
- Heritage conservation and architectural illumination projects for landmark sites, including the Golden Temple and the Walled City of Jaipur
- Managed a diverse range of offices, labs & Global Capability Centres for global corporations
