Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2026 – Genpact has appointed Charanjit Singh as India Lead – University Relations & Campus Engagements, reinforcing its commitment to building a strong early talent pipeline and strengthening campus engagement strategies across India.
In this role, Charanjit Singh will lead nationwide campus hiring initiatives, drive employer branding across academic institutions, and strengthen partnerships with universities to align talent acquisition with Genpact’s evolving business needs. His mandate includes leading large-scale fresher hiring programs, enhancing candidate experience, and driving data-led recruitment strategies.
Currently serving at Genpact, Charanjit Singh is leading campus hiring operations across multiple locations in India, managing a large team and driving standardized recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and consistency. He is also responsible for building strong partnerships with over 100 institutes and spearheading employer branding initiatives such as hackathons, case competitions, and engagement programs.
Prior to this, he worked with Mastercard as Regional Lead – University Recruitment & Early Talent Engagement, where he managed campus hiring strategies across multiple business units and led both technical and non-technical hiring from top institutions across India.
Earlier, he was associated with PwC India as a Campus Recruiter, where he managed recruitment drives at premier institutions and enhanced employer branding through strategic campus initiatives.
He also held key roles at Wipro and EY, leading end-to-end campus recruitment processes and large-scale hiring programs, along with earlier experience at Genpact, where he built a strong foundation in talent acquisition and campus hiring.
