Jubin Kapasi Promoted to Vice President – Human Resources at Myntra

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2026 – Myntra has promoted Jubin Kapasi to the role of Vice President – Human Resources, recognizing his impactful leadership and contributions to the organization’s people strategy.

In his new role, Jubin Kapasi will lead the end-to-end people agenda across key functions including Technology, Product, Data Science, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience. He will also drive HR transformation initiatives, employee experience, compliance, and workplace strategy, while continuing to strengthen Myntra’s high-performance culture.

Prior to this promotion, Jubin Kapasi served as Senior Director – Human Capital at Myntra, where he played a critical role in shaping HR strategy and leading multiple enterprise-wide initiatives, including campus hiring and talent acquisition.

Before joining Myntra, he held leadership roles at Philips, where he served as Head HR / Site Leader – GBS India and Global HR Business Partner, managing HR strategy for large-scale technology and delivery organizations.

Earlier, he worked with Medtronic as HR Site Leader, leading HR for global R&D and technology centers, followed by a key role at Wells Fargo, where he supported HR strategy for technology teams.

He also gained foundational experience at Accenture and Robert Bosch, where he led talent engagement, performance management, and HR business partnering initiatives.

Jubin Kapasi holds a PGDBM in Human Resources and Marketing from Indus Business Academy.
