Having served as President of Microland for the past 18 months, he has already been instrumental in driving key global markets and strategic initiatives. As CEO, he will now lead Microland’s global business and growth agenda, with a focus on scaling AI-first, platform-led services, deepening client partnerships, and accelerating innovation.

Before taking on this role, Sam Mathew served as President at Microland Limited. Prior to joining Microland, he was associated with DXC Technology as Vice President & Global Head of Sales, ITO & Cloud. Earlier, he built a substantial part of his career at Wipro Limited, where he held multiple senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President, General Manager – Total Outsourcing, Americas & Europe, Practice Head – Global IT Outsourcing, North America, Practice Head – Total Outsourcing, India & APAC Region, Regional Manager – Communication Services Division, and Vice President & Global Head of Sales, Matured Markets – Global Infrastructure Services, Wipro Technologies. In the earlier phase of his professional journey, he was associated with Xerox as Key Account Manager.
With more than 25 years of global industry experience spanning North America, South America, and EMEA, Sam Mathew brings a distinguished leadership profile across technology sales, cloud, infrastructure services, large-scale transformation, and strategic growth.
