Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, April 2026 — Praveen Ambrose has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at SEGULA Technologies, marking an important milestone in his HR leadership journey. This promotion reflects his strong internal growth within the organization and highlights the confidence placed in his ability to lead the people agenda of a global engineering group serving major industrial sectors.
Before this promotion, Praveen Ambrose served as Director – Human Resources at SEGULA Technologies. Prior to that, he held the roles of Head – HR Operation & TA and Human Resources Manager, reflecting a sustained and progressive leadership journey within the company. His rise from Human Resources Manager to Head – HR Operation & TA, then Director – Human Resources, and now Chief Human Resources Officer, underscores his growing impact across the organization.
Earlier in his career, he was associated with IDC Engineering as Head of Human Resources. Before that, he spent more than six years with EASi, where he held roles including Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition and Recruiter. He also worked with Helios & Matheson as HR Executive and with Covenant Consultants as Human Resources Recruiter. These assignments helped build a strong foundation across talent acquisition, HR operations, and people management.
With experience spanning SEGULA Technologies, IDC Engineering, EASi, Helios & Matheson, and Covenant Consultants, Praveen Ambrose brings a solid and steadily advancing background in human resources leadership.
