Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, June 2026 — Jagjit S. has joined Autel Energy as Country Manager – Australia & New Zealand (ANZ), taking charge of the company’s commercial growth, market expansion, and business operations across one of the world’s fastest-growing electric vehicle markets.
His appointment comes at a pivotal time as Australia and New Zealand accelerate investments in electric mobility and charging infrastructure. In his new role, Jagjit will lead Autel Energy’s regional go-to-market strategy, oversee full P&L responsibilities, strengthen strategic partnerships, expand distribution networks, and support the deployment of EV charging solutions across residential, commercial, fleet, and public charging segments.
Prior to joining Autel Energy, Jagjit S. founded and led Trinity Edge Consulting, a specialist advisory practice focused on EV charging infrastructure, smart energy systems, market expansion, and infrastructure growth across Australia, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. In this role, he advised OEMs, utilities, fleet operators, and infrastructure providers on market-entry strategies, commercial growth models, energy integration, and business expansion initiatives.
Earlier, he served as Director of Business Development – APAC and Global Markets at EVOS Energy, where he led strategic growth initiatives for the company’s sustainable energy SaaS platform. During his tenure, he played a key role in expanding the organization’s international footprint, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and positioning EVOS Energy as a leading player in the sustainable energy ecosystem.
Before EVOS Energy, Jagjit held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Exicom Tele-Systems Limited, one of India’s leading EV charging and power electronics companies. He spearheaded global business development, secured strategic partnerships across Asia and the Middle East, expanded market reach, and helped drive significant revenue growth through innovative market-entry and partnership strategies.
A substantial part of his career was spent with Tritium Pty Ltd, a global leader in DC fast charging technology. As Head of Business Development – Asia and Middle East and later Head of Business Development – South Asia, he successfully expanded the company’s regional presence, secured major strategic customer agreements, developed distribution networks, and played a pivotal role in driving the adoption of EV charging infrastructure across emerging markets.
Earlier, Jagjit served as General Manager – Business Development at SMEC, where he led growth initiatives across South Asia, developed regional business strategies, managed key stakeholder relationships, and delivered profitable expansion across multiple markets. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade with Renardet S.A. as Country Manager – South Asia Region, leading regional operations, securing major infrastructure contracts, and building strong partnerships with government agencies and private sector stakeholders.
With more than two decades of leadership experience spanning infrastructure, energy, engineering, consulting, mobility, and EV charging ecosystems, Jagjit brings deep expertise in business development, market expansion, strategic partnerships, commercial leadership, P&L management, and sustainable energy transformation.
