She spent nearly a decade at HD Supply, where she held multiple leadership roles including Director – Organizational Development, Learning & Training, partnering closely with the Chief People Officer to design enterprise-wide talent strategies during IPO, restructuring, and acquisition phases, while driving leadership development, succession planning, and workforce transformation.

Earlier in her career, she held roles at Mohawk Industries, where she developed strong expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent development, and HR operations, building a solid foundation in people strategy and organizational design.

With over 15 years of experience, Tiffanie brings deep expertise in organizational development, talent strategy, leadership development, and HR transformation, making her well-positioned to lead Tradesmen International’s people agenda.
