Prior to joining RayGen, Serena worked as an Independent Consultant and Senior Consultant at shilo., where she supported organizations on HR transformation, organizational design, AI adoption, and people strategy development, delivering strategic solutions across complex transformation programs.
Earlier, she spent over three years at Transurban, where she served as Head of Engagement, Belonging and Wellbeing, leading enterprise-wide diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and employee experience initiatives. She also held the role of Organisation Development Lead, focusing on DEI and capability building strategies.
She held multiple senior leadership roles at ANZ, including Head of People, Capability & Change, where she partnered with executive leadership to drive transformation, enhance engagement, and build future-ready capabilities across a large workforce spanning multiple geographies.
A significant portion of her career was with Ericsson, where she held global leadership roles including Global Head of Learning Excellence and Acting Chief Learning Officer, leading large-scale global transformation initiatives, capability frameworks, and enterprise learning strategies across 100,000+ employees in 180 countries.
She began her career with Accenture, where she worked in change management, recruitment leadership, and HR business partnering, building a strong foundation in organizational transformation and human performance.
With over two decades of experience across Australia, the UK, Europe, and Asia, Serena brings deep expertise in organizational development, culture transformation, leadership capability, and large-scale HR transformation, making her well-positioned to support RayGen’s next phase of growth.
