Prior to joining Brinton Pharmaceuticals Ltd., he served as Chief Executive Officer and Full-Time Director at Emcutix Biopharmaceuticals Ltd., where he led the organization’s growth strategy, commercial operations, and business expansion initiatives. Under his leadership, the company strengthened its position within the dermatology and specialty healthcare segments while building a foundation for future growth.

Before Emcutix, Sathya spent over a decade in senior leadership roles with Galderma and Nestlé Skin Health India. Most recently, he served as Managing Director – South Asia at Galderma, where he was responsible for driving business growth, strengthening market leadership, and expanding the company’s dermatology and skincare portfolio across the region.

Earlier, he held the position of Managing Director – South Asia at Nestlé Skin Health India, leading strategic initiatives that enhanced business performance and deepened market penetration across South Asia. His international leadership experience also includes serving as President & Country Manager at Galderma Philippines Inc., where he successfully led operations in the Philippines and drove business growth in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Prior to assuming country and regional leadership responsibilities, Sathya held key commercial roles with Galderma India, including Head Marketing and Marketing Manager, where he contributed significantly to brand development, portfolio growth, and market expansion strategies.

Throughout his career, Sathya has demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical leadership, strategic planning, commercial excellence, business development, market access, customer engagement, and organizational transformation. His ability to build high-performing teams and deliver sustained business growth has earned him recognition as one of the industry’s accomplished healthcare leaders.

In his new position at Brinton Pharmaceuticals, Sathya is expected to play a critical role in strengthening the company’s regional footprint, accelerating innovation-led growth, expanding access to healthcare solutions, and enhancing customer value across India and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
