Before joining Equity Bank, Laurel Cline served as Director of Marketing at HCI Hospitality, where she led day-to-day marketing operations, annual marketing planning, brand architecture, messaging, and local store marketing initiatives. Prior to that, she spent nearly fourteen years with Wintrust Financial Corporation, progressing through a series of leadership roles including Vice President, Marketing Sponsorship Activation and Media Planning/Buying, Vice President, Marketing Account Management, Project Management and Print Services, Assistant Vice President – Marketing, Marketing Director, Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, and Marketing Assistant. These roles reflect a strong and sustained marketing leadership journey across banking and financial services.
Earlier in her career, Laurel Cline was associated with the YWCA as Graphic Design Intern, helping build an early foundation in creative communication and marketing support. Together, her experience across Equity Bank, HCI Hospitality, Wintrust Financial Corporation, and the YWCA reflects a long and accomplished career in marketing, brand development, communications, and business growth.
