Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2026 – Sunitha Mascarenhas has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Smartgrid Analytics, marking a significant milestone in her accomplished human resources leadership journey.
In her new role, Sunitha Mascarenhas will lead the company’s people strategy, talent transformation, and organizational development initiatives, supporting Smartgrid Analytics as it continues to scale in the rapidly evolving renewable energy and digital intelligence ecosystem.
Prior to joining Smartgrid Analytics, Sunitha Mascarenhas served as Head of Human Resources at CIEL HR, where she led HR strategy and people initiatives across the organization, strengthening talent frameworks and driving business-aligned HR practices.
Earlier, she held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at WayCool Foods, where she contributed to building robust HR systems and supporting workforce growth in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
She also gained valuable experience as Senior Manager – HR at TongueStun Food Network Pvt Ltd and Senior Manager – Human Resources at EFS Facilities Services Group, where she worked across key HR domains including employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Her earlier tenure includes a significant period at Transfield Services, where she served in senior HR roles, followed by her foundational experience as Assistant Manager – HR at Tyco Fire & Security, building strong capabilities across HR operations and people management.
