Jessica Keliher brings a wealth of experience, with over a decade of HR leadership across several high-profile biotech firms. Prior to joining Cartesian, she served as the Senior Vice President of Global Talent Strategy at Novavax, where she played a crucial role in shaping the global talent management strategies and strengthening workforce capabilities to support corporate objectives from April 2023 to April 2024.
Before her tenure at Novavax, Keliher was the Vice President of Global People Partners at the same company, a role she held from July 2020 to April 2023, where she drove significant HR initiatives across the company’s global operations. Her brief period as Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Kite Pharma further solidified her reputation in the industry, enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement during her time there.
Her extensive background also includes nearly eight years as Head of People & Culture at Leadiant Biosciences, where she led HR operations and strategic planning from July 2012 to May 2020. This role capped a series of progressive leadership positions that equipped her with a deep understanding of the HR field within the biotech sector.
