Hyderabad, Telangana, India, April 2026 — Jitendra Chakravarthy Putcha has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Tredence Inc. In this role, he will oversee global operations, drive strategic transformation, and scale the company’s data, analytics, and AI capabilities while strengthening delivery excellence and innovation. His appointment marks a significant leadership addition for Tredence as it continues to expand its position in data science and AI-led solutions.
Before joining Tredence Inc., Jitendra Chakravarthy Putcha served as Chief Delivery Officer at Mastech Digital, where he was part of the executive leadership team driving strategy and transformation. In that role, he held P&L responsibility for talent and services business units, focused on delivery and operational excellence, supported modernization across systems and operations, and helped build partnership ecosystems to accelerate growth and strengthen service delivery.
Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at LTIMindtree, most recently as Senior Vice President & Global Head – Data & AI, after serving as EVP & Global Head – Data, Analytics, AI. Across these assignments, he had P&L responsibility for large and fast-growing Data, Analytics, and AI service lines, including global sales, delivery, competency development, operations, enterprise AI initiatives, product engineering, geospatial capabilities, and platform-led solutions. His work also covered enterprise-scale AI and GenAI adoption, as well as the growth of data product suites.
Before LTIMindtree, he held the role of EVP & Global Head – Data, Analytics, AI at LTI – Larsen & Toubro Infotech, where he led one of the company’s largest and fastest-growing practices. In that role, he drove strong growth, served as a member of the global management council, and led the Hyderabad center through significant scale-up, expanding operations and opening new facilities.
A major part of his earlier journey was built at Cognizant, where he spent nearly 18 years across several senior leadership positions. These included Hyderabad Center Head, Vice President – AI & Analytics, Practice Head – Business Analytics and Insights, Assistant Vice President & Global Delivery Head – Analytics and Information Management BFS, Assistant Vice President & Head – Analytics and Information Management Growth Markets, Senior Director – Projects, and Director – Projects. Across these roles, he drove global delivery, data modernization, analytics transformation, AI initiatives, center operations, ecosystem partnerships, diversity and inclusion efforts, community building, and business expansion across multiple industries and geographies.
Earlier in his career, Jitendra Chakravarthy Putcha worked as Project Lead at Wipro Limited, where he was responsible for DWBI implementations for a utilities customer in the UK. Before that, he served as System Analyst at DSQ Software, where he was part of the team responsible for setting up a data warehousing practice. These early roles helped build the technical and delivery foundation for a career that would later evolve into large-scale global leadership in data, analytics, and AI.
He is also pursuing the Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM) at the Indian School of Business. With over two decades of experience across operations, delivery, data and analytics, AI, transformation, and business growth, Jitendra Chakravarthy Putcha brings a strong and accomplished leadership profile to his new role at Tredence Inc.
