In this role, she will lead the company’s global people strategy, strengthening organizational capability, culture, and talent frameworks as the company continues to expand its footprint across key North American markets.
Cecilia steps into this leadership role after a strong tenure within the organization, where she has been instrumental in shaping the company’s human resources strategy and supporting business growth through people-centric initiatives. Her elevation reflects Logistics Property Company’s continued focus on building a high-performance culture aligned with long-term business objectives.
In her most recent role as Senior Vice President – Human Resources at Logistics Property Company, LLC, Cecilia played a pivotal role in strengthening HR frameworks, aligning talent strategies with business priorities, and enhancing organizational effectiveness across multiple locations. Her contributions were central to building scalable HR processes and fostering a culture of engagement and performance.
Prior to that, she served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the American Medical Association, where she partnered with leadership teams to drive people strategies, employee engagement, and organizational alignment within a complex and evolving environment.
Earlier, at Hu-Friedy Mfg. Co., LLC, Cecilia held the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner, contributing to HR transformation initiatives, employee relations, and talent management strategies, strengthening workforce effectiveness in a manufacturing-driven environment.
She also spent several years at GLP US Management LLC as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources, where she built and scaled HR functions, led policy development, managed employee engagement programs, and supported global HR initiatives across geographies. Her work included aligning HR practices with business strategy and driving organizational culture development at scale.
In her earlier career, Cecilia held progressive HR roles at G/O Digital (A Gannett Company), Urban Innovations, Quarasan, and Atlantic Trust, where she developed deep expertise across employee relations, HR operations, compensation, recruitment, and organizational development, building a strong foundation for her leadership journey.
