Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, April 2026 — Arvind Limited has announced the appointment of Vaibhav Raghuvanshi as Head of HR COEs – Talent Management, Organisation Development & Learning and Development, strengthening its leadership capability in building a future-ready, high-performance organization.
In this role, Vaibhav will lead enterprise-wide initiatives across talent management, organisation development, and learning & development, focusing on building agile capabilities, strengthening leadership pipelines, and driving cultural transformation aligned with Arvind’s growth ambitions.
Prior to joining Arvind Limited, Vaibhav served as Head of Talent & Organisation Effectiveness at Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited, where he spearheaded strategic initiatives across talent management, succession planning, capability building, and organisational effectiveness. He played a key role in designing competency frameworks, leadership development journeys, and enterprise-wide talent practices aligned with business outcomes.
Before that, he was Head of Talent & Development at Schindler India, where he led functions spanning Talent Management, Organisation Development, Learning & Development, and Inclusion & Diversity. His role involved driving multinational transformation initiatives and supporting strategic HR decisions across the Indian subcontinent.
Vaibhav also held multiple leadership roles at Mahindra Group, including HR Head – Mahindra Powerol and Lead HR Business Partner roles, where he worked closely with CXOs to design workforce planning, capability-building, and talent strategies. His interventions contributed to improved engagement, reduced attrition among high-potential talent, and enhanced quality of hire.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Deloitte, leading Talent Management and Organisation Development initiatives at a national level, and with Future Group, where he contributed to HR strategy, corporate governance, and analytics-driven people practices.
