Greece, April 2026 — Miranda Chatziioannou is stepping into her new role as Chief Talent Officer at GE HealthCare. Her elevation marks an important leadership milestone in a long and distinguished people leadership journey at the company, reflecting deep experience across international HR, regional talent strategy, learning and development, and organizational leadership.
Before taking on this role, Miranda Chatziioannou served at GE HealthCare as Executive Director Human Resources, International, covering Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Prior to that, she held the role of Regional HR Director, Intercontinental, with responsibility across Latin America, Asia Pacific, Australia, and New Zealand. These assignments positioned her at the center of global and regional HR leadership across multiple major international markets.
Earlier in her career at GE HealthCare, she served as Executive Human Resource Director – Global HR4HR, followed by Senior HR Director, Eastern Growth Markets, covering the Middle East, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia. Before that, she was Regional HR Director, Commercial, EAGM, spanning Africa, the Middle East, Russia, and Turkey. These roles reflect a steady progression through increasingly senior and geographically complex leadership mandates across the organization.
Her wider journey at GE HealthCare also includes assignments as Learning & Development Leader, Europe, HR Manager, South East Europe, and HR Manager, MDX, Eastern Europe. Together, these positions highlight a strong foundation in leadership development, people strategy, talent management, and regional HR execution that has steadily evolved into enterprise-level people leadership.
Before joining GE HealthCare, Miranda Chatziioannou served as Head of Development, Training and Recruitment at Heineken. Earlier, she was associated with Unilever, where she held the roles of Europe HR Project Manager and HR & Business Excellence Manager. These earlier assignments helped shape a broad HR leadership profile spanning development, recruitment, project-based HR transformation, and business excellence.
Her career reflects strong and sustained leadership across talent, HR transformation, regional people strategy, learning and development, and international organizational support. With experience spanning GE HealthCare, Heineken, and Unilever, Miranda Chatziioannou brings a highly accomplished and globally experienced people leadership profile to her new role as Chief Talent Officer.
