Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Mahindra Group has appointed Shuchi Suri as Executive Vice President – Mahindra Experiences, marking a strategic move to strengthen its focus on customer-centric, experience-led growth across key businesses.
In her new role, Suri will lead the newly created Mahindra Experiences function, which is expected to drive world-class customer experiences and unlock value across the Group’s diverse portfolio. She will also take ownership of the Mahindra Adventure team within the auto business and the Experiences team at Mahindra Holidays, working closely with leadership across these verticals. She will report to Dr. Anish Shah, Group CEO and Managing Director, Mahindra Group.
Suri brings over 22 years of global leadership experience at Unilever, where she has held multiple senior roles across geographies and business units. Most recently, she served as Global Head – Homecare at Unilever HQ in London, where she led global strategy and operations for a key business segment.
Prior to this, she was Vice President – Home & Hygiene at Unilever Asia, based in Singapore, where she drove business growth and transformation across key markets. She also served as Senior Director for the APAC region and Business Director – North Asia, gaining extensive experience in managing diverse markets and building high-impact consumer strategies.
Earlier in her career, Suri held global roles at Unilever HQ in London, including Global Director – Fabric Care and Senior Marketing Manager – Fabric Conditioners, where she contributed to category leadership and innovation at scale.
She began her journey with Hindustan Unilever Limited, where she progressed through roles such as Country Marketing Manager – Skincare, Country Brand Manager – Beauty Portfolio, and Sales & Customer Manager, building a strong foundation in brand management, consumer insights, and go-to-market strategy.
Suri holds a Diploma in Business Management (Marketing) from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, reflecting a strong academic grounding in business and leadership.
With her deep expertise in consumer experience, brand strategy, and global business leadership, Shuchi Suri is well-positioned to lead Mahindra’s ambition of building differentiated, high-impact experiences across its businesses.
