Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2026 — Agrizy has appointed Monisha Verma as Human Resources Director, strengthening its leadership as the company continues to scale its presence across the global agrifood and wellness value chain.
In her new role, Monisha will lead the organization’s people strategy, talent development, and culture-building initiatives, aligning HR practices with Agrizy’s growth ambitions and global expansion.
Prior to joining Agrizy, Monisha served as HR Leader at Avanti Finance, where she played a pivotal role in building and strengthening core HR frameworks. She designed and implemented scalable systems across talent management, performance, rewards & recognition, ESOPs, employee engagement, and HR policy architecture, ensuring alignment with evolving business strategy.
At Avanti, she also led leadership development and capability-building initiatives, introducing structured learning programs such as an Emerging Leadership Program to enhance succession readiness across the organization. As a strategic partner to CXOs, she translated business goals into organizational design, manpower planning, and talent strategies, driving impactful decision-making at the leadership level.
Earlier, Monisha held the position of AVP – People & Culture at Niro, where she contributed to strengthening organizational culture and people practices in a high-growth environment. She also served as Senior Manager – People Operations at DoctorC, gaining experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Her tenure at InCred Financial Services saw her progress across multiple roles, including Chief Manager (Technology) – HR and HR Manager – Technology, where she led HR initiatives for technology teams and supported organizational growth through effective talent strategies.
She began her career as an HR professional with My Home Constructions Pvt. Ltd., followed by an early stint at ICICI Bank, building a strong foundation in HR generalist roles and customer-centric operations.
Monisha holds an MBA in Human Resources from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and has further strengthened her leadership capabilities through the Future CHRO program at the Indian School of Business, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and leadership excellence.
With over a decade of experience across financial services, fintech, healthcare, and high-growth organizations, Monisha Verma brings deep expertise in people strategy, culture transformation, and organizational development, positioning her to play a key role in Agrizy’s next phase of growth.
