Delhi, India, April 2026 — Chhavi Bhatia has taken on the role of Senior Vice President – Institutional Business at Hindware, where she will lead institutional business for Hindware Bath and Consumer business. Her appointment brings more than 25 years of experience across project sales, institutional business, specifications, key account management, hospitality, residential, commercial, and government projects in the building materials industry.
In her new role at Hindware Limited, Chhavi Bhatia will focus on driving growth across key institutional segments, strengthening long-term relationships, scaling business opportunities, and delivering value across project-led markets. She brings a strong track record across building products, bathware, lighting solutions, laminates, paints, and premium project specifications.
Before joining Hindware Limited, Chhavi served as Assistant Vice President – Project Sales and Specifications at Greenlam Industries Ltd., where she headed project sales and specifications across multiple verticals, including Greenlam and New Mika Laminates, Decowood Veneers, Mikasa engineered floors and doors, and plywood. She also handled international specifications for projects in India.
Earlier, Chhavi held senior leadership roles with HSIL Ltd., including Associate Vice President – Business Development and Institutional Sales and Senior General Manager – Business Development and Hospitality. During this tenure, she led key accounts and institutional business for brands such as Hindware, Queo, tiles, and shower enclosures across India. She managed teams across business development, government verticals, hospitality, and zonal markets, while working closely with top architects, interior designers, builders, hotel operators, plumbing consultants, and government project stakeholders.
Prior to HSIL, Chhavi served as Business Head – Hospitality Vertical at Lutron Electronics, where she led the hospitality business across India and subcontinental markets including Sri Lanka, Maldives, and Bangladesh. She built relationships with hospitality brands, developers, and multi-project hospitality groups to strengthen Lutron’s presence in project specifications and brand guidelines.
Chhavi also worked with Grohe – Lixil as National Key Account Manager, leading a pan-India team and building networks with top builders, architects, designers, and international design firms for bath fittings specifications across hospitality and high-end residential projects. Her earlier roles include Business Development Manager at Kohler Co. and institutional sales responsibilities with Dulux Paints – Akzo Nobel, where she handled major developer accounts, project management companies, contractors, and market development initiatives.
