Hyderabad, Telangana, India, April 2026 — Meghna R T K has started a new position as Head – HR (India) at AMPATH (American Institute of Pathology and Laboratory Sciences). In this role, she will lead the human resources function across India, focusing on talent strategy, workforce alignment, and strengthening HR practices to support the organization’s growth in the diagnostics and healthcare space.
Prior to this role, Meghna R T K was associated with Metropolis Healthcare, where she served as Head – Talent Acquisition & SBU Head HR (West). In this capacity, she led talent acquisition across India and international markets while also overseeing HR for the West region, driving performance alignment and strengthening people practices. Earlier at Metropolis, she worked as Lead – Talent Acquisition, where she built recruitment frameworks, improved process governance, and enhanced hiring efficiency.
Before that, she held the role of Manager – Talent Acquisition at Mahindra Logistics, where she led corporate hiring and supported pan-India talent strategies, with a strong focus on diversity hiring and process compliance. Her experience also includes a long tenure at Matix Fertilisers & Chemicals Limited as Joint Manager – Human Resources, where she supported the full spectrum of HR functions, with a primary focus on talent acquisition and HR operations.
In the early stages of her career, Meghna R T K worked with organizations such as TMI Network, Kelly Services, Novartis Healthcare, and Ma Foi Randstad, building a strong foundation in recruitment, RPO, client management, and HR consulting within the pharma and healthcare sectors.
She also took a career break for nearly two years due to an international relocation to the Netherlands, reflecting a balanced approach to professional and personal commitments.
