Lugano, Ticino, Switzerland, May 2026 — Clemence Strobl has started a new position as Head of People & Talent at Alterland, marking a significant step in her career as she takes on a strategic leadership role in shaping people practices for a next-generation collaboration platform.
In her new role, Clemence will be responsible for driving talent strategy, organizational development, and culture-building initiatives, supporting Alterland’s mission to redefine remote collaboration through immersive, technology-enabled environments.
Prior to joining Alterland, Clemence Strobl was associated with Yoto, where she progressed through roles including Talent & People Manager and later Talent Acquisition Manager, contributing to building scalable hiring strategies and strengthening people operations in a high-growth environment.
Before Yoto, she worked with Jigsaw as a Senior/Lead Talent Partner, where she played a key role in talent acquisition and strategic hiring initiatives, supporting business growth through effective workforce planning.
Earlier in her career, Clemence spent over two years at Pleo, where she held multiple roles including Senior Talent Partner & Recruitment Operations Lead, Strategic People Partner (secondment), and Technical Talent Partner. During this tenure, she contributed to building recruitment operations, enhancing talent strategies, and supporting broader people transformation initiatives.
She also gained experience in the technology sector with NVIDIA, where she worked in account management roles across higher education and research segments, developing strong stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen.
Her early career includes research and advisory roles with organizations such as the Global Initiative against Transnational Organized Crime and the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations, building a diverse foundation across research, analysis, and global collaboration.
