London, United Kingdom, May 2026 — Roanne Parry has joined GSK as Chief People Officer, marking a significant leadership transition as the organization continues to strengthen its global people strategy.
In her new role, Roanne will focus on empowering leaders, enhancing workforce capabilities, and strengthening a culture aligned with GSK’s patient-first purpose, while enabling teams globally to deliver better outcomes in medicines and vaccines.
Roanne brings extensive global HR leadership experience, having most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at CSL, where she led enterprise-wide people strategies across global markets.
Prior to CSL, she spent over two decades at GSK, holding multiple senior leadership roles across geographies. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President – Human Resources, R&D, driving talent and organizational strategies for one of the company’s most critical functions.
Her earlier roles at GSK include SVP HR – Global Pharma Commercial, VP HR – Emerging Markets, and VP HR Business Leader – Pharma Europe, where she led HR transformation initiatives across complex global business environments.
She also held leadership roles in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as in corporate communications, R&D, and consumer healthcare HR functions, building deep expertise in organizational development, leadership capability building, and global talent strategy.
Roanne began her career with Fedsure Holdings Ltd., where she held HR leadership roles, laying the foundation for her extensive experience in people management and organizational development.
With nearly three decades of HR leadership experience, Roanne is recognized for her ability to align people strategy with business transformation, build high-performing cultures, and lead global talent agendas across diverse markets. Her return to GSK in a global leadership capacity underscores the organization’s focus on strengthening its people-first strategy at scale.
