London Area, United Kingdom, May 2026 – Ishita Talwar has joined Vialto Partners UK & Ireland as part of the Total Compensation team, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in global mobility and compensation advisory.
In her new role, Ishita will contribute to advancing Vialto’s Total Compensation and Global Mobility Solutions, supporting organizations in navigating complex international workforce dynamics, compensation structures, and mobility strategies in an increasingly globalized talent landscape.
Ishita joins Vialto from Global Expat Pay, where she most recently served as Manager, Customer Success – Global Mobility Solutions. During her tenure, she played a key role in driving customer success strategies, managing client relationships, and enabling growth across global mobility programs, while helping organizations simplify mobility data and payment processes.
Prior to this, she held the role of Senior Consultant, Customer Success at Global Expat Pay, where she contributed to change management initiatives, customer engagement strategies, and the delivery of global mobility solutions for multinational clients.
Earlier in her career, Ishita worked as a Consultant – Customer Success at HCL Technologies, where she gained experience in payroll management, reporting, and analytics within enterprise environments. She also served as Deputy Manager – Human Resources at AuthBridge Research Services, focusing on compensation and benefits, HR automation, and workforce processes.
She began her HR journey as a Specialist – Human Resources at Schaeffler, where she worked across talent acquisition and talent assessment initiatives, building a strong foundation in core HR practices.
Ishita Talwar holds a Master of Science in Management Psychology from the University of Nottingham, further strengthening her expertise in organizational behavior and people strategy.
