Chicago, Illinois, United States, May 2026 – Nicole Fernandez Scharrenberg has joined Panduit as Human Resources Director, marking a significant addition to the company’s people leadership as it continues to strengthen its global workforce strategy.
In her new role, Nicole will focus on advancing Panduit’s people agenda, supporting organizational growth, and strengthening its values-driven culture. Her appointment comes as the company continues to expand its global footprint and invest in workforce transformation aligned with evolving digital and infrastructure needs.
Nicole brings an extensive career spanning nearly three decades at CDW, where she most recently served as Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition. In this role, she partnered closely with executive leadership to align workforce strategy with business growth, transformation, and global expansion across regions including the U.S., Canada, the U.K., South Africa, and India.
During her tenure at CDW, Nicole played a pivotal role in building enterprise talent strategies, establishing in-house executive recruiting capabilities that delivered significant cost efficiencies, and driving AI-enabled hiring practices to improve quality of hire and speed. She also designed and scaled early career and internship programs that contributed to measurable business growth and strengthened long-term talent pipelines.
Earlier in her career, she held multiple leadership roles at CDW, including Director of Talent Acquisition, Senior Manager – HR Business Partner, HR Manager, and HR Generalist. Across these roles, she led workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and employee relations for large-scale, multi-billion-dollar business units, supporting thousands of employees and enabling scalable growth.
