Hyderabad, Telangana, India, March 2025 – Sujata Singh Bhargava has been promoted to the position of Senior Lead – HRBP at PrimEra Medical Technologies, recognizing her contributions and leadership within the organization over the past two and a half years. In her new role, Sujata will lead critical HR business partnering initiatives, driving employee engagement, organizational development, and talent alignment to business goals.
Sujata joined PrimEra Medical Technologies in September 2022 as Lead HRBP, where she managed a wide range of HR initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, HRIS, and workforce development. Her impactful contributions earned her this recent elevation to a senior leadership role within the HR team.
Before joining PrimEra, Sujata served as Head of HR at Radha TMT for nearly five years, where she played a pivotal role in building HR processes and systems, aligning talent with the company’s growth strategy, and ensuring a high-performance culture.
Earlier in her career, Sujata held key HR leadership positions at ANVIL Cables Private Limited, MaxMobility Pvt. Ltd., and Ansh Info Solutions, where she led functions ranging from recruitment and HR operations to employee relations and performance management.
Sujata holds a Master of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce from Calcutta University, Kolkata, and brings over a decade of well-rounded HR experience with a strong focus on HR business partnering, performance management, and HR technology.
