Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland – November 2024 – Origina has appointed Ross Lowe as its new Vice President, People & Culture, bringing over a decade of experience in human resources and organizational development. In this role, Ross will lead Origina’s people and culture strategy, focusing on enhancing employee experience, talent management, and team alignment.

Ross has been with Origina for over four years, initially joining as the Head of Human Resources and subsequently advancing to Human Resources Director. Over the past two years, he contributed significantly to shaping the company’s HR policies and aligning the team’s strategic goals. In his new role as Vice President, he will drive the cultural and people-centric initiatives crucial to Origina’s mission.

Prior to his time at Origina, Ross served as HR Manager at Elix Aviation, a leading turboprop aircraft leasing platform, where he played an integral role in managing HR functions and fostering team cohesion for nearly a year.

Before Elix, Ross held various positions at Aviso Wealth, an integrated FinTech company, where he spent close to five years as HR Business Partner and HR Coordinator. His responsibilities included team alignment, relationship management, and ensuring streamlined HR operations.

Ross also gained valuable experience in recruitment with TransLink and The Earthquake Commission, supporting talent acquisition processes and contributing to workforce planning.
