Raleigh, North Carolina, United States, May 2026 — Jessica Flynn has started a new position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at USA Flooring, bringing nearly three decades of finance, accounting, shared services, operational transformation, and global business leadership experience.
Before joining USA Flooring, Jessica served as Assistant Controller at Avalara through Robert Half. Prior to that, she was Senior Director, Global and Regional Accounting Services at SAS, where she led global accounting operations across 40 countries, managed over 200 resources, supported IPO readiness initiatives, and drove multimillion-dollar savings through strategic process transformation and service delivery optimization.
Earlier in her career, Jessica held finance leadership positions at Hamilton Beach Brands, NSTO, Indivior, ABB, Tekelec, and Nortel Networks, building extensive expertise in global finance transformation, shared services, controllership, accounting strategy, compliance, process automation, and enterprise financial management.
Her broad experience across global organizations positions her strongly to lead USA Flooring’s financial strategy, operational growth, and long-term business performance.
