Prior to joining Lockton, Hrushikesh served at Marsh India as Vice President and Regional OPD Leader, where he was responsible for leading operations, driving business growth, and ensuring service excellence for clients in the Hyderabad region. He was instrumental in managing customer relationships, strategic consulting, and implementing innovative OPD (Outpatient Department) solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
His journey with Mercer Marsh Benefits included key leadership roles such as Assistant Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager, and Regional OPD Leader. During this tenure, he built deep expertise in customer relationship management, healthcare consulting, employee benefits design, and performance-driven business consulting, working closely with corporates to design and deliver impactful health and wellness programs.
Hrushikesh began his career at India Insure Risk Management and Insurance Broking Services Pvt. Ltd., where he honed his skills in client servicing and insurance solutions, laying a strong foundation for his future leadership roles.
