New York, United States, May 2026 – Ronni Paradiso Johnson has joined Brex as Director, Business Recruiting, marking a key addition to the company’s talent leadership team as it continues to scale its global operations.
In this role, she will partner closely with senior leadership and the recruiting function to build high-performing teams, strengthen hiring strategies, and support Brex’s growth ambitions in a competitive global talent landscape.
Ronni Paradiso Johnson brings a strong track record in talent acquisition leadership and recruiting strategy. Prior to joining Brex, she served as Head of Talent Operations and Strategy at Asana, where she led talent operations initiatives focused on improving hiring processes, scaling recruiting infrastructure, and driving strategic workforce planning.
Before that, she spent over seven years at Braze, progressing through multiple leadership roles including Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition Operations and Programs and Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition (GTM & G&A). During her tenure, she led large-scale recruitment efforts across go-to-market and business functions, built high-performing recruiting teams, and implemented programs to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Gray Scalable, partnering with fast-growing companies to build scalable hiring processes, and as a Corporate Recruiter at XO Group Inc., where she led recruitment across multiple business lines and introduced impactful referral and internal mobility programs.
She began her career with Bernard Nickels & Associates and Enterprise Holdings Inc., gaining foundational experience in recruitment, client management, and talent development.
