Lahore, Pakistan, May 2026 — Naima Nazeer has started a new position as Group General Manager HR at Orient Group Of Companies, bringing extensive human resources leadership experience across talent management, organizational development, HR service delivery, recruitment, and people operations.
Before joining Orient Group Of Companies, Naima served as Head of Talent Management & OD at Fatima Group, where she led talent and organizational development initiatives.
Earlier, she held HR leadership roles at Sarena Industries as Senior Human Resources Manager and Manager Human Resources, strengthening her experience in HR strategy, policies, processes, employee engagement, and organizational capability building.
Naima also served as Unit Head HR Service Delivery at FINCA Microfinance Bank Ltd, Pakistan, and spent over 11 years with Kashf Foundation, where she led recruitment and HR functions.
