Pune, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — Snigdha Joglekar has joined Ciklum India as Head of HR – India. The appointment reflects the company’s continued focus on strengthening its India Delivery Center, building future-ready talent capabilities, and enhancing its people and culture strategy as it expands its global digital solutions footprint.
With more than two decades of experience in the IT industry, Snigdha Joglekar brings extensive expertise in people strategy, organizational development, talent management, and workforce transformation. In her new role, she will play a key role in fostering collaboration, strengthening employee engagement, and supporting business growth through strategic HR leadership.
Prior to joining Ciklum India, Snigdha served as Vice President – People Success & Growth at EXL, where she contributed to leadership development, employee growth initiatives, and organizational transformation strategies across the business.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Calsoft as Associate Director of Human Resources and at Parkar Consulting & Labs as General Manager – Human Resources, where she focused on HR operations, talent strategy, and people management initiatives.
She also worked as Human Resource Manager at SELA Technology Solutions, Senior HR Business Partner at CSG International, Assistant Manager – Human Resources at Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, and Human Resources Consultant at Synygy India.
Throughout her career, Snigdha Joglekar has built strong expertise in shaping high-performing teams, enabling business-aligned HR strategies, and driving people-centric organizational cultures within the technology sector.
She holds a PGHRM qualification in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
