Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — Pragyaa Singh has stepped into the role of Vice President – HR Business Partner APAC at Körber Supply Chain, marking a major leadership milestone in her accomplished human resources journey spanning aviation, logistics, industrial automation, supply chain technology, and financial services.
In this expanded leadership role, Singh will drive HR business partnership strategy across the APAC region, strengthening talent management, organizational culture, leadership development, workforce strategy, employee engagement, and business transformation for Körber Supply Chain’s regional operations.
Singh has been associated with Körber Supply Chain for nearly two years, most recently serving as Head of Human Resources: Talent Management, Culture & Strategy, where she led enterprise HR initiatives focused on workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, employee retention, performance management, organizational capability building, and strategic culture transformation.
Prior to this, she served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Godrej Körber Supply Chain Ltd, where she oversaw strategic HR leadership across manpower planning, compensation benchmarking, training and development, employee engagement, succession planning, CSR, and retention strategies aligned with aggressive business growth plans.
Earlier, Singh held leadership roles at Angel One as Lead HRBP, where she further strengthened HR business partnering, talent management, and performance systems. She also spent nearly five years with SSI SCHÄFER, where she evolved from business development and marketing leadership into HR management, overseeing talent acquisition, employee wellbeing, organizational development, performance systems, and strategic HR interventions.
Her broader career includes HR and talent leadership experiences with Tracon Export Services, Connect4Placement, Holisol Logistics, Kingfisher Airlines, and Jet Airways, providing her with deep cross-sector expertise across logistics, aviation, recruitment, customer engagement, and workforce transformation.
With nearly two decades of progressive HR leadership experience, Singh brings exceptional strength in talent strategy, organizational development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and regional business partnership.
