Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — Ageas Federal Life Insurance has welcomed Yash Sinha as its new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues building a people-centric and future-ready organization.
With more than 25 years of experience across the insurance and financial services sector, Sinha brings deep expertise in human resources leadership, organizational culture, talent management, employee engagement, and strategic workforce transformation.
Before joining Ageas Federal Life Insurance, Sinha served as Head Corporate Human Resources at Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited, where he led enterprise HR strategy, people transformation, leadership capability building, and organizational development initiatives across the business.
Prior to that, he spent nearly nine years as Head HR & Admin at Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers Ltd., driving HR operations, culture initiatives, talent development, employee engagement, and administrative leadership for the organization.
Earlier in his career, Sinha held the position of Joint Vice President HR at Birla Sun Life Insurance, where he played a key role in strengthening HR frameworks, workforce management, and organizational capability development during a significant phase of growth for the company.
He also spent over a decade with HDFC Life as Associate Vice President HR, building extensive experience across HR strategy, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
With a strong leadership journey across some of India’s leading insurance and financial services organizations, Sinha brings a rare combination of strategic insight, cultural leadership, and operational HR expertise to his new role at Ageas Federal Life Insurance.
