In his expanded role, Pawan Sharma will oversee operational excellence, retail growth initiatives, business expansion, and execution strategies across the company’s supermarket and hypermarket network.
Prior to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer, Pawan Sharma served in a senior leadership capacity at More Retail Private Limited, where he played an important role in driving operational management and retail execution initiatives across the organization during his four-year association with the company.
Before joining More Retail, he was associated with Stratrek Logistics as National Manager, building extensive experience across logistics operations, retail support systems, and large-scale operational management over a long professional tenure spanning more than two decades.
His leadership journey reflects strong expertise in retail operations, supply chain coordination, execution management, and business operations within the Indian retail ecosystem.
