Barrington, New Jersey, United States, May 2026 — Edmund Optics, a leading global manufacturer and supplier of optical components, imaging systems, and photonics solutions, announced the appointment of Judy Kelley as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective today May 18, 2026.
Kelley joins Edmund Optics with extensive experience in global human resources leadership across the life sciences and financial services industries. She brings deep expertise in talent strategy, organizational development, and transformational leadership, supporting organizations through periods of growth and innovation.

Kelley succeeds Jeanne Davie, who previously announced her retirement after several years of leadership at Edmund Optics. During her tenure, Davie played a key role in advancing the company’s people strategy, strengthening its global HR organization, and supporting the company’s continued international growth.
