In his expanded role, Jay Murugaiyan will continue to lead people, talent, and culture transformation initiatives at Saviynt, supporting the company’s high-growth journey and global talent strategy. His responsibilities are closely aligned with Saviynt’s focus on building strong teams, scaling talent capabilities, strengthening culture, and supporting the company’s long-term growth ambitions.
Jay has been associated with Saviynt for more than four years. Before being elevated to Senior Vice President – People, Talent & Culture Transformation, he served as Vice President – People, Talent & Culture Transformation, where he led the company’s global talent agenda and contributed to its growth journey. In this role, he focused on hiring top talent, building a world-class global talent team, supporting the company’s “Road to IPO” vision, and strengthening Saviynt’s culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
He is also an Official Member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, an invite-only community for senior-level HR professionals. This association reflects his broader engagement with the global HR leadership ecosystem and his continued focus on people strategy, talent transformation, and organizational growth.
Before joining Saviynt, Jay spent more than 15 years with Movate, where he grew through multiple talent acquisition leadership roles. He served as VP – Global Talent Acquisition, Senior Director – Global Talent Acquisition, Director – Global Talent Acquisition, Associate Director – Global Talent Acquisition, Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, Manager – Talent Acquisition, Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition, Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition, Team Lead – Talent Acquisition, Senior Recruiter, and Recruiter.
Across his long tenure at Movate, Jay built deep expertise in global talent acquisition, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, recruiting strategy, stakeholder management, onboarding, applicant tracking systems, talent strategy, and high-scale recruitment delivery. His career progression at Movate reflects a strong foundation in building global hiring capabilities and scaling talent functions across geographies.
Earlier, Jay worked with ZSL Inc, where he served as Human Resources Generalist and Management Intern. These early roles helped him build a strong HR foundation across generalist HR responsibilities, recruitment, employee support, and people operations.
